We have great news! We’ve updated our proxy process to make it much easier for your clients to submit their proxy vote.
Now, policyholders can simply visit www.rockingham.farm/proxy on a computer or mobile device, or scan the QR code on the flyer included with their policy documents, to cast their vote.
Say goodbye to the hassle of mailing and say hello to a fillable form that only takes 1-2 minutes to complete.
Clients are entitled to, and we encourage them to, submit a proxy vote by filling out the form for each policy they have with Rockingham Farmowners PLUS. They can refresh their browser after each submission to reset the form.
If they prefer to send in their proxy vote the old-fashioned way, they will find a paper proxy form in their policy documents that they can fill out and send back to the Rockingham Insurance home office at 633 E Market St, Harrisonburg, VA 2280.
We are confident that this will make the voting process easier for all parties involved.
