ACCESSING REPORTS
Reports can be accessed in Spectrum by clicking the Navigation icon in the upper left corner of the home page, and selecting Reports
The Reports page is the starting point for accessing all of your reports.
Recent Reports displays shortcuts to the last three report types that you generated.
There are four report Groups:
Billing
Claim Information
Policy Forms
Policy Information
Select the desired report, and click Generate.
Once generated, reports will appear directly in the Reports screen. They can also be exported to PDF or Excel files.
Some of your most useful reports are detailed below.
BILLING REPORTS
Aged Receivable Report - Detail
This report shows the payment status of all outstanding customer accounts.
Future Contract Billing Report
This report shows payment amounts due for policies which are not yet effective.
POLICY FORMS REPORTS
The Policy Forms Type dropdown contains a list of all available policy forms. When a form is selected and the report generated, a PDF copy of the full form will open in a separate window.
POLICY INFORMATION REPORTS
Policy Activity Report
This report displays the policy transactions that occurred within the date range.
Policy Status Report
This report shows all policies in the selected status, as of the date selected. Available statuses for this report are Active, Expired, and All.
Written Premium By Agency Report
This report shows the amount of premium written for policies effective within the date range selected. It includes retroactive activity through the day the report was run.
