Billing Clarification to Insureds
Policy renewal declarations are mailed out 45-55 days prior to the renewal effective date. Invoices are sent separately, and online or check payments can be made once the invoice has been sent.
Policy renewal documents now contain a Billing Notice insert including:
Notification of invoice to be sent separately
Payment mailing address
Online payment link
Billing department contact information
